SECTION 5 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES

 

Online Store:

 

Our store is hosted by k-eCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.

 

Your data is stored in the k-eCommerce data storage system and databases, and in the general k-eCommerceapplication https://www.k-ecommerce.com/en.

 

We recommend that you read K-eCommerce's privacy policy carefully so that you can understand how they will treat your personal information.

 

Payment Gateway:

 

If you make your purchase from our online store, the transaction will be processed through a direct payment gateway, in this case Authorize.net.

 

Authorize.net will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the data security standard established by the payment card industry (PCI-DSS). Information relating to your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order is finalized, the information relating to the purchase transaction is deleted.

 

All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of credit card data by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

 

Personal Data:

 

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

 

We do not keep any personal information on the PRUNO.ca site, other than your contact details (address; email; telephone; etc.).

 

If you provide your credit card information when making a purchase from our online store, it will be encrypted through use of the Authorize.net service. See Section 5 for more details.

 

Cookies files:

 

Cookies are pieces of information saved on your computer. They are not used to safeguard personal or confidential information.

 

However, we use cookies to store information that improves the online experience. We keep the language of use of the site as well as a cookie allowing to personalize the site with the information concerning you, when you have logged in by entering your username and password.
